Can you work on a site you didn't build?
Yes. We start with a short onboarding: we learn how the site is built and how your team publishes, and set up your request board. It's free if you sign up for six months.
What counts toward our hours?
Anything that changes the site: new pages, posts, page updates, design changes and small features. Hosting, security updates, backups and monitoring come with every plan and don't use your hours.
What if we don't use all our hours?
Unused hours roll over for one month. If you keep coming in under, we'll suggest a smaller plan.
Can we change or cancel a plan?
Yes. Starter is month to month. Grow and Partner start with three months, and after that you can move up, move down or stop with 30 days' notice. Everything we made stays yours.
Who will we actually work with?
A small senior team, and the people you meet are the people doing the work. We keep the number of projects low so it stays that way.
