We use business and API plans that don't train on your data, and we keep sensitive material out of general-purpose tools. Before an automation goes live, we write down exactly where your data goes. Health and other regulated data get a separate conversation.

Yes. We start with a short onboarding: we learn how the site is built and how your team publishes, and set up your request board. It's free if you sign up for six months.

Yes. Starter is month to month. Grow and Partner start with three months, and after that you can move up, move down or stop with 30 days' notice. Everything we made stays yours.
